Each bottle of CBD Transdermal Gel contains 500 mg of CBD and <25 mg of THC. Each pump of gel contains 8 mg of CBD.

Apply one pump of gel to areas with thin skin (wrists, back of the neck, soles of feet, etc.). Massage into the area until the gel is fully absorbed. Effects will be felt within 5-15 minutes and may last up to 2-4 hours.
